Patient Journey Infographic

Recognizing that menopausal patients are often overlooked in the healthcare system, a group of doctors at Johns Hopkins formed the Women’s Wellness and Healthy Aging Program. The program needed a concise way to promote its services, so I created an infographic that contrasts the current patient journey with the new program’s integrated and patient-focused journey.

Client: Women’s Wellness and Healthy Aging Program | Agency: Graphic Arts at Johns Hopkins | Design & Illustration: Kim Lawler | Art Direction: Karen Klinedinst

I developed custom illustrations and icons to help explain the different aspects of the patient journey.

An icon showing a busy calendar.
An icon showing a magnifying glass and a question mark.
An icon with a warning symbol and different medical specialties.
A close-up of the current patient journey.
A closeup of a patient walking confidently forward.
